Place is nasty and doesn't have a comfortable atmosphere for eating! Chicken salad has changed it seems , but I RARELY eat Panera because it's overpriced and overrated!! Chicken salad is way to sweet and texture is weird and chicken doesn't seem real, looks like MUSH with cranberries in it! The young lady that took my order had good customer service so that was appreciated.

They were all out of my favorite soup. Autumn Squash. That's why I went there. Please plan better for food the people like. Otherwise it was a good experience. I do love Panera.

Food is pretty average for a Panera. I've noticed service can be fairly slow...I'm already ordering for myself on a machine, but I'm sure they just fired cashiers and kept the money for themselves rather than hiring more kitchen staff. Also I recently ordered carryout and my bread bowl came as just soup in a bowl which was disappointing. However, the older cashier that works here is very friendly and accommodating and is the only reason the service gets a 3 and not a 2.
