Clearly asked for no cinnamon, look right on top and there is a plop of it on the cold foam, and the cup is just over 3/4 of the way full - I know they leave room for cold foam, but that’s excessive. I wouldn’t post this if it was the first time from this location. I am a regular customer and this happens so often. I will not be ordering from this location again. They just don’t seem to read or care about the customizations. Not to mention when I actually go into the location they are not nice to me, have refused me drink carriers because I needed one for “only two cups” the manager had even

Quite literally the best Starbucks I have ever been to. Amazing staff that is always friendly and always helpful. They answer every question and are always very kind and fun with my daughter!! Cleanest Starbucks I have been to as well and always choose good playlists. The manager is always friendly and consistently there too!! Definitely recommend

They gave me the wrong thing. I ordered a vanilla latte and received something chocolate with some kind of oil floating on the top. I better not get sick. What even is this?
