I've been to this Venti's a handful of times over seven plus years, and it continues to be one of downtown Salem's most versatile spaces. My first visit was December 2019 for my wife's Jeopardy! watch party, organized by Leslie Venti herself. Most recently I attended Leslie's talk on the Bhagavad Gita. More philosophical discussions are coming, Stoicism, Existentialism, and beyond. We found ourselves driving through Salem, OR earlier and thus, in need of a spot for a good vegan meal! Well, the vegan gods rained plant based blessings upon us by guiding (some might say .. delivering lol) us to Venti's Cafe & Beer Vault in the charming downtown area of Salem. Upon entering, I first took notice of the whimsical welcoming ambiance inside, sort of reminded me of Chickpea in Vancouver, BC. Visited here in a large group and we all thoroughly enjoyed our meals! There were lots of vegetarians, vegans and gluten free eaters, so it was great to have so many options for us all! I had a Cajun bowl which was pretty good - lots of toppings, tasty tempeh and a generous portion (which I couldn't finish). Would recommend, especially if you have dietary requirements.

Amazing wonderful place!! The staff is so kind and helpful! I've eaten there with a few people, stopped by for the science talks, and had a large group and each time the food was delicious and everyone was kind and prompt with service. I'm slowly making my way through the menu, but the grilled cheese and truffle mac are my favorite! I also love that they have a revolving local drinks menu!!!
