Arriving shortly after opening on a grey Monday morning, we had the bar area to ourselves. We ordered a few sliders with mustard only, and they delivered on their reputation. The patties were juicy, and the caramelized onions added a pleasant sweetness that balanced the savory beef perfectly. The slider buns held up well—sturdy enough to contain the juicy filling without falling apart. T
