Visited this spot recently and had a bit of a mixed experience. The birria tacos were visually appealing and packed with flavor—the meat was tender and well-seasoned, the tortillas had a great crisp, and the toppings added a fresh kick. The consomé and lemon wedges complemented everything nicely. 18$ for 3 birria tacos. Assuming because of what side of town this restaurant is? If you want authenticity I suggest trying the food truck posted by 101 North, also a Guadalajara food truck. However, the service left much to be desired. I ordered the three enchiladas a la carte. 1 cheese, 1 carnitas and one asada con Verde. The cheese and steak were perfect but the Verde sauce and the carnitas were the saltiest foods I've had in a long time. Very unpleasant. I would probably go back, but I wouldn't recommend either.

Stopped for lunch a couple weeks ago and couldn’t have been happier with the service or the food. Server was friendly and prompt. Salsa that came with the chips was spicy and yummy. I got the Chile relleno and cheese enchilada and they were both delicious. Check this spot out if you’re nearby.
