Ordered take out on the website. Had a horrible time getting the website to take my card. Then, when we got home we discovered we were shorted a tater tot, missing a side of chips and salsa, and my wings had not a single drop of sauce on them. Also the tacos were NASTY. Will not be returning, overpriced just to be extremely disappointed.

I used to go to this location all the time now it’s went downhill. I ordered a cauliflower wings with Mac and cheese and got this disgusting mess which had been EATEN OUT OF!!! I was so grossed out I asked for a full refund and for my food to be taken back. I didn’t want a redo of the food, since now I’m questioning everything they cook. There was no I’m sorry about this or anything. No management came and worst of all the waitress agreed with me and said it looked disgusting.

I wish they actually ask for your take out name and confirm your order when ordering for pick up. They just have a rack by the hostess stand upfront where all take out orders are placed. Almost every time I order online for pick up, someone has already came in and pretty much stole my order so they have to remake my order. Is this an ongoing issue with this location? People just walking in and walking out with free food? It can easily happen since most of the time there isn’t anyone at the hostess stand.

We sat here waiting to be seated and no one showed up. The bus boy ig showed up and I thought was seening us cuz grab two menus but ended up saying someone else would be with us soon then another 5mins of waiting and working can see us. One even hugged a customer goodbye while looking right at me. Never been before but from the other reviews it's a common thing don't come here just go to the one in kannapolis
