Per the barista’s suggestion, I ordered an ice matcha with Koatji oat milk and half the regular amount of sweetener. It was delicious, smooth, and rich in matcha flavor. I make my own ceremonial matcha at home so that is my baseline. Even my friend who doesn’t like matcha enjoyed a sip. The almond cake was also very tasty and moist. I’m from NJ/NY and love NJ/NY bagels so the bagel sandwich didn’t impress me. I like much larger, chewier bagels. But it was still yummy. Would return for the matcha!

I came in and got an iced latte w their coconut + almond milk and coconut foam on top. Ratio was perfect, so I ended up finishing that there and hanging out then got a matcha to go. All of the matcha is ceremonial grade and the owner has a curation of a couple different ones available. You can tell he’s passionate about matcha and quality overall. Menu looks insane, can’t wait to literally try everything.

Came last Friday. Disappointed in the service. No greeting when walking in, no -we’ll call your name when it’s ready, no have a good day. Weird awkward vibes. Expected more from a small business that has a dingy parking lot and barely accessible by walking/train. Matcha was very good appreciate that it’s sourced from matchaful. Also recounted my $5,$1,$1, nickel - 3 times like somehow my bills were fake? Didn’t feel welcomed in or any customer service whatsoever. Not a place to sit and read. Seems like a grab n go place.
