My 7-year-old and I come to this IHOP a few times a month when we visit from Austin, and it’s become a favorite tradition. It’s a great no-fuss breakfast - consistent, affordable, and easy, but the service is what keeps us coming back. Joanna was our server yesterday and she was fantastic. She was so friendly, energetic, and great with my son’s very particular order. We were so happy to see her again today and asked to sit in her section!

The establishment was operating at significantly under capacity, with only 8 to 10 tables occupied out of a larger number. Given the all-day breakfast service, it would be reasonable to expect consistent availability of staples such as coffee and milk; however, this was not the case. The wait time for a table was nearly an hour. Due to the subpar management, I would not recommend this location.

Took a large group into an empty dining room around 9:15pm. After being told food would be delayed by 30 minutes or so we sat and waited 1 hour to receive drinks, mostly waters. After 2 hours of waiting orders were taken and only partially put in. We did not finalize bill until 1:25am. This was a school group in town for a huge meeting and food options that late were scarce so we had no choice but to wait it out. Our 1st server got cut in the middle of taking orders. We had an outstanding experience thanks to our server Johann. From the moment we sat down, she was very attentive, friendly, and genuinely welcoming without being overbearing. She checked in at just the right times, kept our drinks filled, and handled special requests seamlessly. Even with our big group, she stayed calm, professional, and efficient, making us feel like a priority. It’s rare to come across service that feels this effortless and genuine. She truly elevated our entire dining experience, and I would absolutely return because of her. Highly recommend!
