Had a great dinner at Pazzo Pizzeria. The service was excellent and the food was just as good. The pizza was thin, crispy, and absolutely delicious. The shrimp with polenta grits was very flavorful, and the lemon cheesecake was light and the perfect finish—especially with an espresso. Definitely a spot worth coming back to. Looking forward to the next visit!

I came to Pazzo because it was rated highly among San Carlos restaurants. I arrived at maybe 6:20 PM, albeit a busy time. My waiter promptly brought me a nice IPA but I never saw him again. Beer #2 I had to go in to the bar to retrieve. Beer #3 I had to snag a server other than mine. I had ordered a Greek salad. I'd rate it 3/5---savory but kinda slimy. Not terribly good. I had ordered a Margareta pizza and it arrived burnt and very dry. It was very much over done. I'm really sorry to rate this place so low but it really was a complete mess: bad service and bad food. Awesome Sauce! … Awesome pizza, crust, ingredients, everything. There are pizza places, and pizza places: here you’ll find a brick oven pizza place with a unique vision of what is a great pizza. Not the style for whoever wants to eat lots and lots of dough; their serve a thin crust, and very flavorful. Draft beer selection is good and recommended! Do not miss the cannoli!
