Nice local sports bar with a neighborhood feel. Everyone seems to know each other's names, just like on Cheers. 😊 Large selection of food, including typical pub fare and at least one healthier option like salad. TVs are set to different sports channels, with the sound off and music playing in the background. If they're not playing the game you want, just ask them to change the channel and they're more than happy to oblige. Bar is a bit chilly so you may want a jacket if you'll be hanging out for a while watching a game. Dog friendly.

Stopped here while walking around the neighborhood on a warm weekday - San Francisco was in the middle of a heat wave, so it felt like the perfect excuse to stop for a cold beer (or three). I actually used to live in the neighborhood and the last time I came here was back in the ’80s, and it’s great to see that it really hasn’t changed much at all. The bartender was friendly and they had a good selection of beers on tap and in bottles. I stuck with beer, while my wife ordered a vodka soda and appreciated the generous pour. Overall, a great neighborhood bar to cool off and relax. Nice to se

I love this place. The bartenders are friendly, wonderful, and very attentive. Everyone knows each other and if you walk in and don't know someone, give it time, and everyone will know you. They have a great bar selection with a plethora of 0 alcohol beverages, 0 alcohol beer, 0 alcohol cider, and they even have herbal tea and coffee- it's a great bar to hang out at if you want to enjoy the bar atmosphere and not have a hangover the next day. I love the food; The veggie burger (black bean and beet) is wonderful, and the fries are great, the whole menu is amazing. I mostly eat the veggie

When the bartender (grey beard) was serving us food, me and my friends had asked for a photo. He responded in an elevated voice: “I don’t have time” and then walked away. When the bartender returned to serve us food again, my friend asked if he had enough time now to possibly take a photo. The bartender responded in an elevated voice “No I don’t have time, get someone else to take your photo”, and then walked away again. We understand that staff can be busy, but the tone and dismissive attitude felt slightly rude.
