7 Leaves has my favorite drinks if I ever crave a milk tea type beverage. The herbal tea is soooo refreshing and rejuvenating. It has a subtle sweetness with notes of pandan and chrysanthemum. My other favorite is the mung bean milk tea!! Truly a signature drink you cannot find elsewhere. This is a blissful blend of pandan, coconut and of course mung bean that is so aromatic! Tastes great and smells even better! The mung bean blends into the drink and is not grainy. Love that they open early! Hate that you can’t get drinks less sweet though. I’ve always heard the argument that boba places open around noon because they’re seen as dessert shops. As a tea drinker I so appreciate caffeine in the morning with a little boba treat, but I can’t drink 30g of sugar ever, let alone in the morning. Still looking for that unicorn boba shop that makes less sweet drinks in the morning!

This 7 Leaves location is my favorite since it has a drive thru. However, it’s a bit small and sometimes the line could go out to the street depending on when you use it. I went around 5:30 pm on a weekday and that was the case. After waiting about 10 minutes, I was able to order and it was ready within a few minutes. There was a seasonal drink, so I thought I gave it a try. I tried the Rio Rosa, which was strawberry with condensed milk. I got this with honey boba as well. It tasted refreshing since it was hot that day. But overall, I thought it was just okay. I wouldn’t get that specific dri
