Worst experience ever I ordered tonight at 530 and the employers deleted my online order pick up y did they do this idk but when I got there my status was still showing my pizza being in the oven at 5:56pm I got to the store at 650pm still waited another 25 min for my pizza and when they gave me my stuff when I got home my pizza wasn't even cooked right the bread sticks was hard and they just drizzled butter and garlic on it to make it look its cooked my 4 piece cheese bites were old and cold. Worst experience ever. And the girl with the piercings was super rude.

I was starving and decided i wanted some crazy bread and so i called in advance asking for two stuffed crazy bread and the guy over the phone kept mumbling no matter how many times i asked if he could speak a little louder i repeated my order and heard him repeat it which it was correct. I got to the location and the order was wrong. after i was waiting for 30 minutes and i asked a worker to check in my order and he left but never came back. once someone came after checking it the order was wrong after waiting a total of 50 minutes. Horrible service.

I go to San Jacinto and I wanna shout out a cashier there Margaret I believe her name is.... She is really sweet she acknowledges me every time I go there. The new stixs pizza is really tasty,! Jalapeno is very good

Just made an online order. Went to pick up my order of 3 pizzas, crazy bread and 2 liter Pepsi. Upon arrival there where many people waiting for their order as well. There was only 2 people working. They did not have any pizzas ready, they did not have any 2 liter sodas and we had to wait an extra 40 minutes. They finally gave us our pizzas and told us to take two 20oz sodas in place of a 2 liter. We assumed the pizzas would be fresh since we had waited for so long. We got home and to our surprise, they were not fresh and they even gave us one wrong pizza. I did not return to ask for a refund
