Traditionell Coffee. Not special. Barister clueless: he said "fruity" but they use a dark onyx. The space does aim to be a nice coffee place. They serve Onyx. Good start! But they will need to work on bean variety and barista skill.

dr.ink is such a hidden gem in the heart of downtown san jose, literally right across from san pedro sqaure market! the staff were super welcoming and genuinely took the time to recommend drinks based on what we liked. they also explained how each drink is crafted and what their specialties are, which made the experience feel way more personal and fun. the atmosphere is cozy, calm, and perfect if you need a quiet study spot, want to get work done, or just catch up with friends over coffee. the drinks were amazing and you can tell they really care about quality here. definitely recommend check

Consistently delivering great drinks. This place is known for its exceptional cold foams and cream tops. However, don’t miss out on the delicious sparkling drinks. Today, we went for the Black Sesame Latte and the Pineapple Passion. The Black Sesame Latte is not very sweet, and there is a perfect balance of flavors between the black sesame and espresso. As for the Pineapple Passion, also light sweetness, which I like. Very refreshing drink and I could taste the freshness of the homemade pineapple passion fruit purée.

These guys have solid drinks. Naturally, everyone has certain flavours that they enjoy over others so you won’t get the same result with every drink, but if you can hone in on whichever flavour you truly like they will execute it to near perfection.
