Ordered an iced mocha. Got an iced coffee. The afternoon mcdonalds crew does amazing at the correct drink. The morning usually is fine as well however today they failed to give me the correct drink twice. Even the manager insisted it was correct, it was not. Apparently they don't understand how to use their espresso machine. They also can't seem to tell the difference in their own drinks. To the people who served me saturday, amazing and perfect job! To the people who served me this morning, go back and train. I haven't worked at a mcdonalds in years and i know exactly how to make it. Learn

We order a shamrock shake it was kind of liquidity the burger was king of dry the fries were cold the chicken nuggets were a bit to crunchy the workers that took our order said that they didn't pay for the order even though we had the change from it they just kept sitting there not knowing what was going on they left just starring at the screen for 15 minutes it took them 30 minutes to found out was happening with the system

Sadly this is the better McDonald’s in Sandusky, but for some reason ordering my food ten minutes before I even get there is apparently not enough of a notice to avoid having to pull me into the parking lot to wait for my food while the six cars behind me all get their food and leave. Apparently a sausage biscuit and a hash brown takes 16 minutes to make.

Ordered a 4D spicy deluxe. Only gave me bread a tiny bit of sauce and a piece of chicken. No vegetables not a deluxe. Some lazy people working in there. 7 dollars for a dry sandwich
