Highly unreliable and rude customer service. We attempted to plan ahead for an event by calling days in advance and verifying in person the day prior. We were assured we could place our order right at opening. Unfortunately, when we arrived, they refused to fulfill the order because their equipment wasn't ready. The staff was completely unhelpful and rude. Because of their misinformation, we were left with nothing for our event. I highly recommend taking your business to a bakery that honors its word.

I visited the Dunkin’ at 1486 South Broadway in Santa Maria on May 9, 2026, and spent $21.00. Unfortunately, the donuts I received were stale, so I contacted Dunkin’ Customer Service about the issue. They opened Case #CCC9362490 and told me they would follow up with the franchise owner and field executive so someone could contact me directly. As of May 21, 2026, I still had not received any contact from the owner or field executive, even after multiple follow-ups. I hate writing negative reviews but this was by far the worst coffee, food & matcha I've ever had in my life all at once & that is not an exaggeration. My husband decided to try dunkin & surprised me with a breakfast croissant & matcha. The matcha was tinted milk. I've had an array of matchas from every level of coffee shops, I wasnt expecting anything spectacular, but it was literally milk with a drop of matcha, just enough to look like a mint-green colored milk.
