Andy Castillo★★★★★I wanted to take the time to write this review specifically because as somebody whose grandmother is in a wheelchair I am so very grateful for the clerk Rosa. Unfortunately, she seemed to be the only checker, and the lines were very long to which she still took time to be able to assist me and my grandmother with trying to find tahini. Not only is she bilingual, but she was also very helpful and very patient. There needs to be more workers like her at Vons because a lot of them are standing around on phones.

The store is clean and the staff are pleasant and are good at customer service. The only complaint I have is the cost of food has nearly doubled and it's not just Vons, it's everywhere. The cost of living has far exceeded the cost of living pay increase. Most people can't afford the food I hope it doesn't just get thrown away because nobody bought it. I was standing in line and asked her about firewood as she was walking byclearly on her way to do something else. Instead of brushing it off, she stopped, smiled, and took the time to check in the back for me to see if they had any. It’s Halloween, the store was busy, and there were a lot of people coming and going, but Brianna still made the effort to help with a great attitude and genuine kindness.
