The food is always hot, fresh, and delicious. The entire staff is friendly, respectful, and professional. One crew member in particular, Travis, consistently provides exceptional customer service and always goes out of his way to be courteous and welcoming. I eat here almost every week, and the inside dining is always clean and well maintained. Even when there’s a line, it moves quickly. Overall, it’s an amazing chipotle to enjoy lunch at with excellent food and outstanding service.

I had a really frustrating experience at Chipotle Mexican Grill. I clearly explained my order multiple times, but the employee either weren’t paying attention or just didn’t care. They got several things wrong and rushed through the process without even trying to fix it. When I pointed out the mistakes, I was met with attitude instead of any effort to make it right. When I first walked in, there was no one in line . The line crew were just standing there talking amongst themselves and waiting. They were all very kind. I had several orders - our total bill was over $135.00 the food was made quickly. When I got to the counter I asked the cashier if I could put the individual bags in one bag and she said No you asked for individual bags! As I went to grab one bag to show her you can wrap them like this and but in the larger bag telling her just give me extra bags and I will do it on the side.
