The food is often good, but this time my order was just a blueberry muffin and it was very dry and without much taste. Considering it was $4.99, I was especially unhappy about it. The atmosphere is usually quiet and easy to relax and eat. Today, however, it was really bad. There was a medium sized group of 5 or 6 women near us who were... well, I think a fitting word would be raucous. They were very loudly talking and laughing and became even louder, to the point where it was almost impossible for my friend and I to talk. No one spoke to them, so we eventually left, which was unfortunate. I

i recommend this restaurant. I was here on Saturday night. I was greeted as I entered. The woman assisting me in the front was very kind, patient and answered all of my questions. To add, they keep this place very well kept with clean tables. The bathrooms have no code so anyone is free to walk in. The bathroom smelt nice and was clean. The cooks are very gracious with smiles all around. The only downside is the high prices but it is worth it for the good service and cleanliness.

The place was generally clean. Tables were not bused after customers left their trays & trash. Someone did start cleaning and just randomly left the broom and dustpan in the dining room at a table. He came back 10+ minutes later to resume cleaning the crumbs from under the tables. I had an ant crawl on me while sitting in one of their comfy chairs. I saw a fly buzzing around in the bakery case. I got a plain toasted bagel with cream cheese. Horrible bagel. The cream cheese was good. I got an iced coffee with my sip club membership. That was good. It was freshly brewed. The cashier was polite.

Wonderful evening at Panera! Wasn't crowded, we were able to have a conversation and hear each other talk with low music playing in the background. Athara (I hope I am spelling it correctly) provided amazing service. She was friendly, helped us with our order, and assisted us with cleaning up. I ordered the cheesesteak sandwich, creamy tomato soup, apple, and blueberry lavender lemonade. Everything was delicious and brought out quickly. The entire dining experience was enjoyable.
