We wanted to try another pho restaurant in Santee as we were running errands. Pho Ca Dao hit the spot for a bowl of customized pho. We sat at a table by the bar by the front entrance and waitstaff took our orders quickly. There was a steady flow of customers coming in to eat or to pick up orders. It appeared that the restaurant got one to go order wrong and the poor customer had to wait for his order over 15 minutes long. He got an apology from the waitstaff but with no compensation. Pho was standard, decent and filling and service was quick. We will probably not visit this restaurant again

The service here is the worst I’ve ever seen the waiter sat us down and walked posted us hundreds of times not even asking what we could drink I would even say they were to busy communicating with the Hispanic families and joking with them rather then even being mindful of us we were waiting to order for almost 30 minutes before someone finally asked us what we want this is by far the worst experience and service I have experienced. Food is great and we love eating from here but there have been MULTIPLE times when we call ahead for food or order it online and they just forget to make the order creating quite the hassle when getting it. A couple of these times my partner has gone in to get the pre-ordered food and received very rude and slow service when they are the ones to mess up.
