I’m writing this in hopes higher ups will see it and change something before this location goes out of business. I live next door and for the past 5 or so months it has been HORRIBLE coming to this location. 9/10 times the order is wrong or missing items. Today I got a medium coffee and not only is the coffee lukewarm but the cup isn’t filled. If I wanted a small, that’s what I would have ordered. One of the times, 3 cars left from behind me because of how long it took for them to fix my order and I still had to pull aside and go inside because they still had stuff wrong/missing. I’m not sure

Rushed us & then gave me the most sad looking hash browns. 2/22/26 - still one star service. My husband ordered a drink to the wrong dunks (across the highway) and showed them his order confirmation and they wouldn’t make it for him.

I came to this establishment this evening, 10/04/2025. First, I drove through the drive-through and ordered my regular order: 1 LG Mango-pineapple Refresher with sparkling water; hash browns; and a Chicken pepper wrap. The order was taken by a male party. After I had given my order through the intercom, a older white female employee, had come on the intercom and stated the following: "We don't have the chicken-pepper wrap!" I've been here a few times, and I must say they really need to double-check before handing out the food. This isn’t the first time my order has been messed up! I paid for what I wanted, and it’s disappointing to see this happen repeatedly. On a positive note, the customer service is good and the staff is friendly.
