Been going to this Dunkin quite a while, and Jada the girl working there is very nice and polite. I always see her and she is a very kind and Susan is also very sweet. place is maintained well. Overall I’m very satisfied and it’s a go to place for my morning coffee.

Manayja served us and she was awesome. So kind and fast with her very friendly service. The Sabrina Strawberry Refresher was smooth and delicious. We also got a selection of donuts and they were great as always. I recommend making a stop here for a snack or quick meal in Sauk Village.

At 3 a.m., this lady made a mistake on my order. I clearly listed my order on my phone. She entered it into the system but never showed me what I ordered. I’m Deaf, and my order was very clear. I never asked for a coffee—it clearly said REFRESHER. I asked for a refund, but they said they couldn’t give me cash and that I needed my physical card. I didn’t have my physical card, and they should have refunded me back to my card or at least offered another item since it was their mistake. At 47 years old, I've been to many Dunkin' Donuts. And about ten years ago I stopped eating there because they're ingredients and their condiments taste nasty, there egg patties taste like powder in your mouth, the sausage patties give me stomach aches. And the croissant bread is just nasty. But this one trip to this dunkin' donuts, on an emergency case basis that I had to eat something which I regret wholeheartedly, because this was ultimately the nastiest dunkin' donuts, I ever been to.
