Franklins has such a great atmosphere, but what really made our visit stand out was Shawn and Julie! They were so energetic, personable, and honestly just FUN! They made me the BEST brown sugar shaken espresso I’ve ever had. You can tell they really care about creating a great experience for their customers. I wish I lived here so I could come back every day!!

I was pleased with my creamy hot matcha (and loved that coconut milk was an option) and my travel companion enjoyed his hot chocolate! A special thank you to the bearded barista that made us smile and made us feel special. All the tables outside were taken so we opted to take our drinks for a walk and it was absolutely lovely
