Absolutely ridiculous experience at McDonald’s. My girlfriend’s order was messed up, and instead of just fixing THEIR mistake, the staff acted like we were a problem for even asking. We were polite at first, but they were rude, dismissive, and acted like it was too much to do their job correctly. No accountability, no basic customer service, just attitude and disrespect over something that should’ve taken 30 seconds to fix. It’s one thing to make a mistake—fine.
