Under new management. No Tex-Mex but Authentic Mexican dishes. The menu is short but made with love and full of flavor. My husband ordered Molletes with Pastor and I ordered Chillaquilles with Barbaroca meat. The owner was very kind and took the time to explain the menu as it was our first time. Oh and did I mention he gave us a free sample of their homemade bread pudding. It was so good that I had to order a to go for later. We will definitely return!!!

This is the exact type of cafe, corner shop, mom and pop shop, you want to frequent. Kind service brought to you directly by the cooks and owners. Birotes offers a streamlined menu of some of the tastiest, true-blue, Hispanic food you can find in the area. I consider myself to be a bread snob, and the baked good here, especially the name's sake Birotes, are some of the finest I have had.
