We’ve ordered from this location a few times, and they’ve always been eh okay. Tonight we placed an order for delivery and to say we were disappointed is an understatement. We didn’t receive our order until an hour and a half past the time we ordered. Which wouldn’t have been a big deal, but our order status initially said 20 minutes and then time just kept getting added after the order was placed. On top of that, the food arrived cold and completely inaccurate. We ordered 1/2 - pepperoni and jalapeño and the other half sausage. We received a pizza fully covered in jalapeños, and only 1/4 had

Ordered online and was notified my food was ready. Walked in and was told that my food wasn’t ready. Was handed my food within a couple minutes and checked it. They handed me the wrong pizza. Then proceeded to tell me it was going to be a 10-15 minute wait for my order to be corrected. Just got a refund instead. What a shitty service and way of handling my order.

Marquez said he doesn't need to make pizza with quality after complaining of wrong toppings, also his attitude is awful no pep. No work ethic no hustle.

This is a double bacon double pineapple pizza. Don’t waste your time/money and order from whatever other place you were debating on. This is the second time in a row we’ve had a mess up from here spaced about 4 weeks apart. The first time, the pizza was obviously old because it was dry and extra firm. Back to this order, imagine paying for extra bacon and getting half the normal amount instead. This is basically a cheese pizza with some pineapples in the center. Atrocious waste of time and money. This location has fallen off.
