Ordered two sets of the foot long chili cheese dogs and two of the large chili cheese tots. Got almost no chili on them and the dogs are like warm. Attempted to contact the store 7 times and the line kept showing busy. The contact attempts were 4 minutes apart. And after doing a pick up and coming home the drive time to go back and complain is ridiculous. I should. It have to check my food for orders to make sure I’m getting at least decent quality when spending close to 35$

So let me say that I've been coming to this Sonic for a while, at all hours of the day. Service has gotten bad to the point where I just goto the 3009 location. I order lunch for breakfast, and at this location my food no matter what comes out luke warm. Cheese is never melted. The only thing that's decent is the mozzarella sticks, but even that's been a hassle. Lately it seems Sonic has put a new type of edible gold in the sauce because I can never seem to get the right amount. And when I ask for more it seems to be a big deal. Last time I order a total of 16 sticks, buddy handed me 2 sauces

The food is actually quite good here, but the wait times are incredibly frustrating. I've repeatedly had to watch other cars pull into stalls long after me, place similar-sized orders, and get served and leave well before I even get my food. The kitchen or carhop workflow seems completely out of order. Great food doesn't make up for consistently sluggish and disorganized service.

This is one of the better sonics I’ve been to. It was a little tight for parking, but was not to big of a deal. The lady who served us was very kind and they got our food out pretty fast!!
