Stopped by Evergreen inside the airport and was honestly surprised by how solid the experience was. The food exceeded expectations for an airport spot, especially considering it was my first time trying it. What really stood out was the efficiency and there’s a QR code to order ahead, which I took a picture of since I fly out of this airport often and am usually in a rush. That alone makes this place much more convenient than most nearby options. I ordered the food to-go and ended up eating it on the plane, and it held up well and tasted fresh. I actually recommend this little restaurant to a lot of my colleagues that travel through Seattle Tacoma international airport. The facility is always clean. The serving staff are above and beyond friendly. They're consistently willing to make recommendations offer more ingredients or substitutions. Every dining experience has been pleasant because I walked away with exactly whatbI was hoping for. All the food looks extremely fresh! I had my modified version of their "Let's Go Ketones" salad. I typically don’t buy food other than a coffee at the airport, but I decided to try this place yesterday. I ordered online, the website said it would be ready in about 15 mins but I showed up 5 mins later and it was ready! I had a delicious grain bowl. I ordered a second side dressing in case it didn’t come with enough but it did. Tasted very fresh and delicious. I wish I took a picture of my food before I ate it, but I’ll be back. This will definitely be my new go-to at the airport!

Busy airport atmosphere, small area but live music in the common space. Delicious, fresh salad and dressing, although a bit small for the cost. East app to order & pay. Great airport option!
