A very cozy cafe that definitely feels more lived in compared to most cafes in Seattle. Most of the people there when I went seemed to be regulars so you know they're doing something right. The latte I had there was pretty good, I wish I had more time to actually stay and soak in the atmosphere.

House made caramel - sold! The best coffee I’ve gotten in Seattle. I was griping to my husband that I couldn’t find a decent cup of coffee that didn’t taste like straight motor oil and then we found this place. The marionberry biscuit is so good! It reminded me of my grandmas biscuits.

Pretty slow at 11am on a Thursday, but they had a nice upstairs loft I did some work in. The coffee was good, the pastry was decent, and the breakfast burrito was solid. The servers seemed friendly and I could hear them talking to other patrons in a kind way. So that was cool.

I absolutely love Pegasus! The coffee and pastries are delicious and Apollo in particular is very good with people and about remembering everyone’s orders. I keep coming back and would 10/10 recommend. Bring a magnet to add to their growing collection 🥰
