I pay full price for bacon quarter pounder with cheese but instead got a glorify bacon McDouble and stale piece of bun slap onto the sandwich. Disappointment but then again I blame myself for stuffing my body with trash.

We ordered imminent and picked up. Waited additional time for a chicken sandwich that wasn't in the bag when we got home. Our triple cheeseburger was a very sad dry double. I called and asked what we should do to fix it and was told we have to go back with the receipt. I asked, that's the solution? And the person in the phone informed me that "people make mistakes". Yeah, got it, except these are mistakes that could be fixed by people simply doing their jobs efficiently. Very disappointed. Paid 60 bucks for our meals. Not even an apology from the staff.

No one running the registers had to go behind the front desk and ask for help one lady had to get her own cup because no one was paying attention to anyone inside of the building. Besides that food and drinks are good the floor could use a decreasing because it's greasy and slippery as hell I had to wipe my shoes off twice before leaving just so, I didn't slip.

This McDonald’s is always slow. They seem to have a hard time operating efficiently during a rush but they always seem well staffed. Often I’m ‘parked’ for 10 minutes at the drive thru but when I get my food there’s no sign of why I had to wait - the fries aren’t fresh, the food doesn’t seem hot like they just finished making it, etc. No one seems to move with any sense or urgency. Also, I’ve often seen a steady waiting line of delivery people waiting for their orders. Often they are there before me and are still waiting when I finally get my order and leave.
