We came to Applebees in Seekonk during their all you can eat deal. Last week I visited with my other half of the family in a different location (Middletown)and was dreading the visit because of how we were treated there. We seemed like a bother the whole hour we were there. (Middletown). Today our experience was the total opposite in Seekonk. The food was fresh, our server Wesley was so attentive and genuinely friendly. We left feeling not only full but also appreciated as a customer. Way to go Wesley for turning our experience at Applebees around.

First time here and the food was Scrumptious. I had all you can eat riblets and they were Amazing. Also had some fried shrimp and they were fresh and cooked to perfection! The Fries were delicious and tasty. We had an excellent waiter Nick. He asked multiple times if we were ok which we were. He was very Pleasant and Helpful. I would highly recommend this location. Had Jarrell as our waiter and he was awesome. Super friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed the whole time. He checked on us regularly without being overbearing, kept our drinks filled, and had a great attitude from start to finish. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in what he does. Service like his makes a huge difference and honestly made our experience that much better. Definitely one of the best servers I've had in a long time. Thanks, Jarrell! We'll be back.

We ordered take out online. Our order had a pickup time of 630 so we ran.an errand and then head there. Our food was not ready until 6:56 the manager didn't care. They think it's completely fine to make customers waste time and think they can half heartedly or jokingly apologize and it fixes things no it doesn't. The restaurant wasn't busy my online order said it was ready after a reasonable amount of time and we had to wait 30 minutes inside for our order after being ignored and avoided for 30 minutes. That is just horrible work. Wasting people's time without remorse for mediocre food is craz
