I'm a fan of Burger King and not afraid to admit it. THis is one bad review but now I feel bad for not leaving 20 good reviews but today got me good. My family is not a huge fan of burger king but i convinced them and we sent our daughter to pick it up since its spring break. after getting home we see several things wrong. Missing a burger altogether and mine was missing jalapeno my daughter took the entire order back to burger king. The manager accused my daughter of lying because she returned with only one bag after consolidating the order. He bagged 3 bags and didn't want to hear anything e

Yo the owner ... please please read... this is the second time that this has happened to me at this location... I pull up to the outside drive-thru Lane I get acknowledged and then another car drives up on the inside Lane and they proceeded to get their order, I place my order online to be picked up on the drive-thru Lane thinking it was going to be a lot more convenient go figure no so literally after waiting 10 minutes in the Drive-Thru and that's because the 10 minutes was on one car in the very front so I figured if it's going this slow in the Drive-Thru I might as well go inside I proceed

Food is decent, but you can tell that it is not fresh. Restaurant tables are usually dirty and there doesn't seem to be a lot of people coming or going during my lunch time 12pm. They seem to be lacking focus on their dining area and the freshness of their food.

I probably eat this establishment three or four times a month if that and usually there’s not much issues with the quality of the food, but this particular incident I had to make a review on. I first did try to call the manager for the last two weeks, I’ve been told at least four times “ oh he just left “ and I merely just wanted to explain to him that his shift leader with pink hair, badmouth him to us as customers.
