I am from Cleveland, Ohio, but I moved to Washington, DC. Every time I stop at a McDonald's, I try to stop at THIS McDonald's. I call it the "Colonial McDonald's" because it has an old, "town square" look, and the staff keep the "old-fashioned" customer first service as well. I SPECIFICALLY stop at this McDonald's because everyone is courteous from the Manager to the workers. They make you feel like "Cheer's" anthem: "Sometimes you want to go, where everybody knows your name-ame-ame! And you're always glad you came-ame-ame!" That's how the staff makes you feel...not like a customer but like

Just wanted a quick bit burger n fries for a ridiculous high price of 9 n change, say 10 and waited to order with no one in front of me than go to pay and wait again now the 3rd car in line finally get to the window , was asked to pull around the building and park, I said no I'll wait here, the manager came and said here is a refund go away. Wow if you are looking for a quick, cheap, no hassle this is not the place for you, go to Wendy's.

For this being the second or third time going to a Cane's this cane had really good and flavorful sauce. Any other kinds I've been to their sauce was just sauce very bland. The sauce actually made me enjoy my chicken which had no seasoning never does which is just ridiculous to me.

When they’re good, they’re good. But when they decide to close an hour before normal because they aren’t properly staffed, you’re SoL. Mobile order? Wait 7 days for a refund for something that they allow to go through. Thanks for borrowing my money for a week. Absolutely ridiculous. Pay your workers better so you actually have staff to cover an entire shift.
