This is by far the worst Chick-fil-A we have ever been to. It was dirty. No one was cleaning tables and their was trash on the floor. The breading on the sandwiches were soggy, like they had been sitting for a while. The bathroom was a total disaster. Toilet paper all over the floor and no hand towels. First time ever that I have seen a mouthwash dispenser in the bathroom?? I'm assuming there was supposed to be cups for this? We have visited several Chick-fil-A up and down the east coast and this was an embarrassment for the franchise owner!

If I could rate it 0 I would , very disappointed with my order I asked for no tomato and I was given tomatoes. It isn’t that hard to follow what’s on the screen I get that it might’ve been busy trust me I’ve worked in Chick-fil-A back house and it isn’t hard. Not only that the lady who gave me my food was very rude didn’t say my pleasure , I know they don’t have to but it’s a staple for them to say that, and I know they have to say that as it is part of the rules they have . Very unprofessional. DO better .(not only that they did not give me my 4 ketchups like I had requested and gave me 2 an

My order was given to me in the drive through at 6:43 and I couldn’t leave the line until 6:51 because there was two cars ahead of me that didn’t get their food yet and the employees had them wait in line instead of having them park right next to the line so I could get out. I came to the drive through for convenience, not to sit there with my food starting to get cold. I asked an employee if they could move the cars ahead of me and the guy made me wait. Terrible drive through process.

This is chick fil a so the food and service are good. Not a fan of the parking lot so that’s why I gotta go with three stars. There is a play place at this one but it’s pretty small. To be clear, this chick fil a is clean and as good as any other location, it’s just not the easiest to nagivate.
