Very different as far as the seating goes. Cushion seats like a breakfast nook. Not suitable for short people as the table is taller than the seating but very cozy. So much so after eating my bowl of Pho I wanted to take a nap. The staff here are very nice. Special pho was good a bit on the sweet side but needed a little more seasoning. We also got the pork chop rice. I thought there would be a fried runny egg to tie the dish together but I was disappointed. The grilled pork was small and sweet but overall good. The Bun Bo Hue was lacking the funk from the shrimp paste, but overall all good. T

One of my favorite restaurants in Shakopee! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and consistently excellent. My personal favorites are the bò né, the bánh mì, and the egg coffee—all three are absolutely worth trying. I cannot recommend this place enough! I went to Vietnam this summer and this food is 100% authentic cuisine! We got shrimp spring rolls, Banh Mi with grilled pork, and beef cold noodles. The sauce for the spring rolls was a sweet peanut sauce that was to die for, and the freshness of the rolls is perfect. The Banh Mi was better than in Vietnam, yet still authentic. First time dining at Bun Mee - Bun Tea with my co-workers tonight and we had a great experience overall Mashipda let's chow ☺️ The Chicken Pho was flavorful and comforting, the Spring Rolls were fresh, and the Bánh Mì sandwich had excellent texture and taste. I also enjoyed the Blueberry Smoothie with less sugar. The restaurant atmosphere was clean, modern, and relaxing, and the staff were friendly and welcoming.
