We were here last night. First time ever and I had been looking forward to it. In sum, this was a memorable delicious meal with great service in a fun and high energy atmosphere. We had a great server, excellent table with a Birds Eye view of everything (table 4) and great food. As it was restaurant week there were several options plus the à la carte options. We did the five course menu which consisted of snacks (including a delicious and inventive savory cheesecake), crudo, pierogi, pork main course, and a delicious course of hot baked madeleine cookies for desssert. Had a great experience here! Would give it a 4.5 if I could. The food was great, the service amazing and the ambience was good too. It only falls short of a 5 star just because nothing was so extraordinary that I would want to go back. Tha caviar, prawns and dessert were amazing. I recently went to Bresca for Mother’s Day lunch and had such a wonderful experience. The food was amazing, of course, but what really made the day unforgettable was the kindness of our server (I unfortunately didn’t get her name). My son has severe autism, and that day he was feeling overwhelmed and didn’t want to eat anything. After I explained the situation, she was so understanding and compassionate. TLDR: Given our consistently great experiences at Jônt, we expected more from Bresca, but ultimately left disappointed.
