Drinks and food are usually good, but my last two visits were frustrating. Yesterday, Michelle was very nice, but whoever made my drink forgot the boba. Today was a much different experience. I placed my online order 18 minutes before arriving because I had work at 8:00 and was trying to plan ahead, but when I got there Michelle told me it would still be another 15 minutes. I completely understand mornings can be busy, but the attitude and rude tone were unnecessary when I politely explained I was trying not to be late for work. Tried a delivery order of biggby, and I was glad I did! Can't comment on the building or service too much since I git a delivery but my delivery driver was nice and quick! In terms of food, I liked it all! The drink was really good, as was the bagel and bagel sandwich, donut holes and ESPECIALLY the cookies! No complaints, whether for coffee or food, I think Biggby is pretty fricken great! Images are of the things I got!

Waited in line for 20 minutes to get the wrong sandwich, go back an wait another 20 minutes including 5 at the window an the rude lady just opened the window and gave me my correct sandwich. No apology no discount will never go back!
