The management don't give a flying KCUF abt wht goes at this location. Bcuz it was bad reviews before i made one and there's no changes. Because if they cared i wouldn't hve made a review, so don't comment up under my review as if you care. It's always dry at this location. None of the employees are hospitable. My drink tops didn't fit on the cups properly they were super thin from recycling too much. My drinks was spilling all in my damn car. My hash browns was full of dirty grease and I can tell in the taste. I felt like I was eating straight up dirty grease. I submitted pics because tht was

middle aged to older black lady at first window breakfast was extremely rude. As somebody that’s profoundly deaf in both ears, don’t catch an attitude while saying “what’s the name?” well I didn’t get the code at the window.” It makes no sense when y’all have a sign instructing us to do just that. It comes off extremely ignorant to other people. the wait took forever but younger girl at the second window was nice and well mannered.

I’ve probably ordered from this McDonalds location 30 times since July 2025 and I’ve never had an order be correct when I receive it. At a minimum I have to ask for sauces, but generally I am missing whole order items. The food itself isn’t unlike any other location, but the reliability of the employees is never there.

The lady that works the first window is super professional and sweet. She brings a smile to your face when greeted! She takes her time to let you order. She is very friendly, sad to say but most McDonald do not give you that kind of customer service. It was the great customer service that will bring me back. The food was great as well. I will definitely come back.
