I was extremely disappointed by the bagels I got. I went here to pick up bages for Mother's Day. I ordered everything bagels as they are usually a favorite in my house. What I got was underproofed and undercooked bagels that were terrible. I did not think to look at them before I left. Ruined the morning.

Terrible location. Today’s visit was a (try again maybe last time was a fluke) but it was worse than our last trip. They changed the order process and didn’t provide any signage. Many people seemed lost and confused going in the wrong side to order. We ordered two western sandwiches and a bagel with cream cheese. The order took 20 minutes to complete, came on the wrong bagel, and the bagel with cream cheese was not toasted. What I assume was a manager was on his phone in the way of the workers and not helping when customers were clearly frustrated. They ran out of coffee and had no backup prep

I LOVE Bruegger’s, but this location was so disappointing :( I ordered a cinnamon sugar bagel and this is what I got?

They can’t seem to get any order right no matter how easy it is. My last experience was an order of their half dozen bagel bundle only to have the worker cut me off saying I’ve already ordered 6 bagels when I only ordered 5. I told her no but she said yes. Anyways I ended up getting only 5 bagels. This was my last straw. It’s sad since they are the closest bagel place around.
