Location is near pharmacy, gas station and shopping centers. I arrived around 2:30 pm.There was a calm, quiet table area to enjoy my meal. Food was hot, fresh but I had to ask for my drink. The Bronco sauce went great with the jalapeno bites.The staff person was accomodating and took care of it. I was able to find a clean table. There were tables that needed to be wiped and staff was out to do that within 10 minutes. The restroom was also clean. I did not ring the bell because I did not want to startle the older people waiting to be served, but my food was great. There is a drive thru if you w

Had an issue with my food but the manager stepped up and fix the issue. Sometimes food does get messed up but don't be afraid to speak up and let them know. This restaurant is trying hard to provide the customer service there once was and that is being ignored by other fast food restaurants. They are trying hard to provide excellent customer service and by my experience they followed through. Seems there fry distributer has changed so they are not getting the really curly q fries we once received but everything else is the same other than rising prices and that comes from Arby's corporate. This Arby's in Sierra Vista is one of the best Arby's I've ever been to. And I've been to a lot of Arby's across the country. Always very clean inside, great service and great food quality too. I always have a good experience every time I come here and I've been here for about 5 years now.
