I’ve never reviewed McDonald's before, and I usually don’t bother with reviews, but I stopped at this branch today to grab a burger and ordered daily double burger meal. You know how fast food burgers can be—they're usually dry and just okay in taste. But I have no idea who made this one today, but it was actually amazing! It was juicy (yep, juicy) and had that creamy, well balanced mix of meat, mayo, onions, and cheese —or maybe I was just super hungry, hehe.

Terrible experience. Placed a mobile order and arrived at the drive-thru and waited 10 minutes and no one talked to me. Drove up to the window and knocked. First guy told me the system was down, I said I already paid and asked can they still make my food. He got the manager. Manager told me they were actually understaffed and not open at the moment. I asked for a refund she said it would be done automatically and that she couldn’t process it herself. Why not close the drive-thru instead of having me sit there with the bright sign saying "OPEN?" I ordered a mango/pineapple refresher and pie for my husband and an apple pie for me in the drive thru. My pie was refrigerated cold. I took it back inside and asked for a hot one because it was cold. He looked like he didn't believe me so I told him to feel it. He opened the box and touched it, then he asked if I wanted him to heat it up...I said no, you put your fingers on it.
