I've been going to Del Taco for 34 years and I had the worst food and service I've ever had at this location. I hope management reaches out to me as their phone number is not even connected. - We're vegetarian and they put meat in our food. - We didn't get forks when 3 of our items required forks AND no napkins for our messy meal. - We ordered a large drink and they gave us the wrong soda. - The drive-thru rep was generally unprofessional, rushing us when there were no other customers behind us until just after we completed ordering. - We were not given a receipt, but we paid $36.60 at ex

Steven, the drive thru cashier was rude and obviously didn’t care about his job. I pulled up to the drive thru speaker and he said “ you ready to order?” I gave him my order and he said pull up. I approached the drive thru window and all he said was $13.84. No smile at all. He gave me my change and drink and shut the window. A few minutes he said,” do u want hot sauce or catsup?” I asked him if he was having a bad night and if he knew what “service with a smile” meant? He handed me my food a shut the window.
