Popped in for a quick Friday night dinner. We settled on the salmon special, the Baja wrap and a burger with egg and bacon. We also had brussels sprouts and the lobster bisque. Everything was excellent. Literally I think that Baja wrap is one of the top five wraps in the world. Salmon special was tasty the perfect amount of spice.

The name and theme of this restaurant was so cute. Apparently there were really diving Elk in the area. There was an article from a magazine dated in the early 1900s proving this to be legit. The food was good. I liked the uniqueness of the hamburger and potatoes that I tried. The menu seemed possible a little limited but I think I’d like to try the steak.

I am pretty sure I had the best cocktail of my long life tonight. Absolutely delicious. The food was stellar. The service was awesome and we appreciated our servers. The owner even came by to talk to us a couple of times. She obviously cares her customers and Sioux City and is open to feedback. Try it! You'll love it and it's worth every penny.

Yikes... The Diving Elk used to be good food... this time it frankly sucked. The server was really sweet, but we wont ever be returning. His burger was "meh" but not AWFUL. Ordered the Spicy Chicken and Shrimp Pasta... -First off, one would think that the Spicy CHICKEN AND SHRIMP Pasta would have... i dont know... SOME kind of protein on it. Possibly chicken and shrimp.
