I will say they tried… The female bartender although very nice & unbelievably nervous had no idea what a Negroni was… and a mezcal Negroni … lost!!! The “senior” bartender knew that she screwed up I received a glass with a rock and mezcal I declined the remake The Chislic appetizer… a South Dakota favorite was flavorless WAGYU, served with a side of sweet baby rays bbq sauce for 25.00??? Complete waste of technique and 25.00 My steak was served 2 mins after my appetizer and sat there and got cold while i tried to enjoy my appetizer of flavorless meat dipped in a shitty bbq sauce, ordered

Everything I have tried here is good and the atmosphere is very nice and relaxing. Staff is very accomodating and new artwork is being created for the decor. I am a big fan of their wedge salad, it isn't always on the menu, but should be. I recently tried the french dip sandwich and it was one of the best french dips I've had. The salmon sandwich was good, but the string onions and capers are a little messy in their current form. Great menu for lunch or dinner.

This is a lovely upscale dining experience in downtown Sioux Falls. We went for the burger during “Burger Battle 2026” and shared it—the portion was big enough to do that—and then split a piece of the decadent chocolate cake. The list of bourbons, ryes, and whiskeys is extensive and impressive, and there are several beer, wine, and cocktail options that are also above-average. The service was good (thanks, Emma!) and the ambience would have been great for a date, special occasion, or business dinner. We were dressed relatively casually, but saw diners wearing everything from special occasion d
