I've lived in the middle east for a year and this was some of the best food I have had in years. We shared spectacular humus and baba ganoush that was perfectly creamy and smookie - some of the best I have ever had! The falafel were crisp, the beef shawarma was delicious and fires were fine - but nobody goes here for the fries. The atmosphere feels like an upscale diner, and makes this a real surprise because the food is the star.

We are never disappointed whenever we eat at Pita Inn on Dempster. The food is always consistently good quality and delicious! Latif is always a friendly smiling face who is a master of customer service and gave us some extra sauce and to go containers without us getting up! He's awesome! The guys behind the counter are also fast. We'll be back whenever we have a craving for schwarma and hummus!

Be careful in this restaurant—I was robbed here. I still can't even imagine how they managed to steal my wallet; at first, I thought I had simply lost it myself. But when someone else was robbed exactly one week later—right here in this very restaurant—that’s when I realized it wasn't a coincidence.

you get so much food for what you order here and it’s so delicious. i love pita inn so much this place is amazing. i moved to chicago recently but whenever i would visit chicago i always had to have pita inn and would miss it when i left. i’m so happy i live here now… the food is really good. i’m vegan and they’re so many vegan options too. just amazing this is how you provide equitable choices for vegans. truly top tier
