Visited this location a couple days ago. I pulled my Ford Expedition across two spaces in the small parking lot as we have a hitch on the back to hold my disabled veteran husband’s wheelchair and didn’t want to block the entrance in the small parking lot. As soon as I entered the young lady lectured me about not parking that way because others could not park… this all before she even welcomed me in. I told her my reason for parking that way even though establishment was empty at the time and she continued to argue with me… I did not get a donut and instead took my money elsewhere… Either FIX

The donuts are great here, but I don’t know what’s going on with the service at this store. A few days ago I tried going in there a few hours before they closed and they had the doors locked even though people were in there. This morning I tried ordering donuts to be delivered since I didn’t get them a few days ago and it got cancelled. Online it says they are open, but then they are cancelling orders.

I originally planned to leave a higher rating because the donuts themselves were delicious. They weren’t quite as fresh as Butter Krisp in Covington, which is where we used to go before moving this past weekend, but they were still very enjoyable. I visited the Pontchartrain location. First off, let me be clear: The donuts here are first class. No doubt about that. They are expensive donuts but worth the price. Now, having said that, my experience buying them was not great. We went through the drive-thru and waited at the window for several minutes. Seeing nobody at the window we just pulled into a parking slot assuming that the drive thru was closed for some reason.
