The food is delicious. Im not from Slidell so im used to a little different style of Mexican. However I hear that Olde Towne <(no sure if I spelled that correctly) but this is supposedly a great time after dark. Tried it today and the day vibe was awesome outside on the patio! The Queso is awesome, its flavored differently and spicier. Some places have melted store bought queso and you can tell. This one hit different. The outside my husband loves it reminds him of magazine street uptown .. but the inside we live feels homely and inviting. Now hmmm hmmm that habanero dip is off the chain good ..the chicken is very moist not no where dry and well seasoned you can eat it without sauce of your choice. The service is wonderful and we will be back .. the price is great plus on Monday they have 50cents Monday with the chicken wings . They also have many deals throughout the week too come check them out … wonderful services and atmosphere

Just ok food. Stopped by on Taco Tuesday and tried the Choriqueso and A few tacos. The tacos were bland and just ok, the choriqueso was good. Even for a buck a taco, I won't make it a point to return. I sat at the bar so the service was pretty good. It was later in the evening and the place was packed and lively.

I’m just visiting, so I don’t know what this place is like on a normal Tuesday, but I was there yesterday for the Cinco de Mayo celebration! And had a wonderful time! The live music was great, the drinks were cold, and the taco eating contest was exciting! Side note: maybe next year for “counting” each contestant can keep track of their stack of foil, verses having intoxicated audience members doing the counting. (The gal that counted for me was AMAZING! Again, Thank You )
