Worst customer service ever. Went around 1:15 am and the girl working was rude. The fries were ordered tasted old . The caramel frappes didn’t even have caramel either. This isn’t the first time this girl serviced me and was rude.

Worst costumer service and always forget something! I don't understand why the people that work there are so mean!! hadn't been in a while cause of how awful this location is but decided to go since it's the closest one to my house but they literally make you feel so uncomfortable like if you're stealing from them, i'm literally paying you give me my order correct!! they up charge me for medium fries, this is how many fries I got including the ones that fell in the bag, management needs to do their job cause the employees suck.

The staff is very friendly and the speed of the drive thru is amazing. Most of the times the iced coffee is spectacular, some others is pretty good just that they need to read a little bit deeper the specifications on the McCafe order.

Every time I’ve come to this location there’s always a long wait and the food never comes out the way it should. Lacking ingredients on the drinks, food cold like it’s been sitting since I got to the place, and etc. always a disappointment and never fails to amaze me how simple the fast food industry is and how complicated this McDonalds makes it seem.
