This review is specifically for the guy who runs the drive-through order taking on weekday mornings. Whatever he is being paid is certainly not enough and this franchise is lucky to have him on staff. He keeps the drive-through line moving unbelievably fast with excellent order accuracy. I can truly say I have never experienced anything like it.

Terrible customer service and didn’t even get our order right. I understand working in a fast-paced environment is stressful but, as someone who previously worked in the exact same position, NEVER cut someone off or rush them when they’re making their order. You’re only making it worse for yourself as evident by the fact that you got our order wrong. Ordered 1 2 piece everything bagel minis and only received 1 of the minis + ordered some snackin bacon which came back soggy and with barely anything in the bag. Will never be going back here again. Hope y’all get some training or something cause

Went through their drive thru ordered a LARGE Hot Caramel Craze Latte. Took multiple times for them to recite my order correctly. Mind you English is my first language… I planned on using my reward points on the Dunkin app (950 points for ANY size signature latte). I arrive at the drive thru window, in a rush at this point, they scan my QR code from the Dunkin app for payment and then they hand me a MEDIUM Iced Carmel Craze Latte. Angry and disappointed I just went on my way; I chose to keep it moving instead of dealing with the incompetent staff. I will not be returning at this location.

I’m disappointed with yesterday’s order. The sandwich was cold, and cheese was added even though I didn’t request it. This took away from the overall experience, and I hope more attention is paid to order accuracy and food quality in the future.
