Review – March 8, 2026 approx 12:05PM I placed a mobile pickup order today and unfortunately experienced a longer wait than expected. The app does mention that delays may happen if the store is busy, but that did not appear to be the case. There was only one other vehicle parked in the mobile pickup area, and that customer also ended up going inside. While waiting, it seemed that a staff member in the back was not actively monitoring the mobile order system, which caused my order to sit for quite some time before it was even started. This created an unnecessary delay and defeats the purpose

I am extremely disappointed with my recent visit to this Dunkin' location. It was, without a doubt, one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a coffee shop. We ordered several drinks, and none of them were acceptable: • The Coffee: It was served cold and had a very poor, unappealing taste. • The Hot Chocolate: It tasted like flavored water—there was no richness or chocolate flavor at all. To make matters worse, the service was terrible. The staff members were unprofessional and treated us very poorly. I always wanted to try Dunkin and finally they have opened one in my town and I really never go but I did this week and I went to try their cold brew with cold foam and it was delicious. It was also cheaper and had more foam than Starbucks. Service was great and inside was clean. They also have a nice patio outside. I wish they opened at 5am all week since I work early and grab me a cold brew.

Can’t go wrong with Dunkin’ Donuts coffee. Their breakfast is not bad. This location is well stocked and keep clean. The employees are quick and very friendly.
