I pulled up and told the lady I have 2 online orders for the same person. I was polite and respectful. She stated quite irritated that I have to pull up because they are trying to play catch up. So I do so and they ask who the order is for. Gave them the name and they were inside stumbling on what to do to get the order ready, mind you I'm 15 minutes away from this burger king and only decided to go here because it .2 more stars than the one by my house. They give me my order and I ask if everything is in the bags. The last stated yeah I think so. And I leave. Not everything was in the bag and

To the Owner or General Manager. My daughter and I like to eat out once a week. Just a daughter dad date. There was a guy named Will. Well you are lucky to have him. This man should work everywhere. He literally is the best service employee I have ever ran into. Thanks Will for making my daughter and I feel so welcome!

Waited 15 mins for cold fry’s. Only person in line. Ketchup packets had weird stick brown stuff on the outside of them. Hair on my burger. I can understand the wait, especially when you have two people working. But cold fries, and Hair in the burger, I cannot.

Your typical BK. I've had to place my order a couple of times over because it was made wrong but the staff is pleasant and tries hard to please it's customers. The lobby is always -20 degrees and freezing tho. Of all the times I've been there it's never been warm .
